Process & Fees

What You Can Expect

Step 1: Introductory Meeting  - In this complementary 30-minute session, we’ll get to know you, your goals, and your values. We’ll also share how we work with clients, what you can expect, and ensure we’re a good fit to support your financial and life vision.

Step 2: Agreement Signing - To continue the engagement, we’ll send you a client agreement for review and signature, formalizing our relationship.

Step 3: Get Organized Meeting - We’ll send you a data collection checklist to help gather the necessary information about your finances. During this meeting, we’ll also set up your access to our financial planning software, where we’ll organize your information and gain a deeper understanding of your current situation. This will allow us to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to help you achieve your goals.

Step 4: Plan Presentation and Implementation - Here we will share the before and after of your plan and with your approval, we will begin implementing the plan. Ongoing, we will have 2 formal review meetings per year (typically spring and fall) to assess progress or make adjustments and you will have unlimited access to us via phone, e-mail, virtual as well whenever you need advice or have questions.
